Judge on Fani Willis case being challenged for position | On Balance
Atlanta judge Scott McAfee has been overseeing the hearing to determine whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified from the election interference case against former President Donald Trump. McAfee has faced scrutiny while handling the case and for his brief judicial experience. He’s being challenged for his position by two people, including civil rights attorney Robert Patillo. “The people of Fulton County deserve a government, deserve a court system that they truly can believe in,” Patillo says.
