Record border crossings spark battle between Texas and the White House
Images from Eagle Pass, Texas show thousands of migrants filling entire fields as they line the Rio Grande and wait hours to be processed. DHS officials tell NBC News over 12,000 migrants crossed the U.S. border on Monday alone – the largest number of migrant crossings ever recorded in a single day. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports on how the increase is sparking a political battle.
